Supply is free.
Learning access is paid.
Teachers and institutions never pay to list or get verified. Learners pay only when they commit to a teacher and a plan. Value is in continuity of learning, not access to content.

Common questions
Pricing FAQ
- Does a teacher pay anything to join?
- No. Onboarding, listing, and verification are completely free for all teachers and institutions.
- When does the platform fee apply?
- Only when a learner books a session or subscribes to a package. The fee is a percentage of the teacher's price — teachers set their own rates.
- What is an Ikhlas contribution?
- An optional tip a learner can give their teacher after a session or renewal. It is never shown during the booking flow, never required, and 100% of the amount goes directly to the teacher.
- Why is the offline group fee higher than online?
- Offline classes involve venue logistics, travel, and higher effort from the ustaz. The fee reflects that higher operational value.
- Can I cancel a package?
- Yes. All recurring packages can be cancelled anytime. Unused sessions are refundable within the terms of the plan.
- How are teacher prices set?
- Teachers set their own prices within a minimum range that protects their dignity. The platform fee is deducted from payout — what you see at checkout is the total.
