Trust & safety

How Ta'dib keeps you safe

Ta'dib is built on the premise that trust must be earned, not assumed. Every layer of the platform is designed to protect learners and uphold the integrity of Islamic education.

Our trust pillars

Institutional verification

Every teacher is endorsed by a registered Islamic institution before they can accept bookings. No anonymous or unverified teachers on the platform.

Transparent credential display

Teacher profiles clearly display their verification level, issuing institution, and the date of endorsement. Learners can always see the basis of trust.

Community reviews

Learners leave verified reviews after each session. Reviews cannot be edited by teachers and are moderated by our team for authenticity.

Reporting & escalation

Any learner or institution can report a teacher for misconduct. Reports are investigated within 48 hours and can result in suspension or removal.

Institutional accountability

Endorsing institutions remain responsible for their teachers. If an institution loses its standing, associated teacher endorsements are flagged and reviewed.

Secure payments

All payments are processed through secured channels. Teachers receive payouts only after sessions are confirmed — protecting both sides.

Reporting a concern

If you encounter a teacher whose conduct is inappropriate, credentials appear questionable, or teaching contradicts mainstream Islamic scholarship, please report it immediately.

Use the report button on any teacher profile, or email trust@taadib.com with details. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours. Where necessary, teachers are suspended pending investigation.
